Training – Cougar University
Let our first-rate trainers instruct you and your staff on how to use Cougar Mountain Software to its full potential. Classes are held regularly at either our corporate headquarters in Boise, Idaho or in some of the most exciting cities across the U.S!

Client-Site Learning
Don’t have time to travel? Our instructors will come to your place of business and train you and your employees, install software, and optimize your settings and reports.

e-Learning with Software Assurance
With our Premium Software Assurance package, you have access to more than 100 online tutorials with instruction on different reports and modules of our software.

Online Learning
Our instructors connect to you through a broadband Internet connection enabling screen sharing and communication via the telephone. We also offer on-demand training, demonstration, and webinar videos in the Cougar Mountain Videos page located on our Customer Service website (login required) and on our Youtube channel.

Phone Training
We also offer phone training, by appointment during business hours (8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday)
