Payroll options sometimes have a maximum amount of money that can be processed through their system. Because Cougar Mountain Software was built to mimic more robust, in-house accounting departments, we have no such limit in any of our modules.

QuickBooks® subscribers are required to use QuickBooks®’ direct deposit service, which can end up being quite expensive. Cougar Mountain Software’s products welcome all forms of accepted banking, allowing our users to choose based on preference, convenience, or necessity. (That includes direct deposit for no extra charge.)

QuickBooks® has database limits that can cause corruption/lost data. That simply isn’t an issue here.
